AAASE has worked closely with our automotive customers on multiple platforms providing Transmission Components, Intake Manifold Assemblies, Cylinder Head Cover Assemblies and various other Powertrain Components for more than 40 years. Our extensive experience in machining different materials, leak test and assembly has led to design recommendations often yielding measurable cost savings to our customers.
AAASE specializes in the machining of Ductile/Gray iron castings, aluminum die casting and forgings as well as a host of outside processes such as heat treat, powder coat, and impregnation and assembly components.
AAASE boasts climate controlled manufacturing areas for those parts requiring tight tolerancing and material stabilization.
