AAA Sales & Engineering has a Full-time Six Sigma Black Belt training our employees in Lean Manufacturing Principles. That’s been the case for years. We also have dozens of Six Sigma Green Belts on staff. Using Six Sigma raises our company standards by adopting kaizen, lean manufacturing, cost improvement, structured new product development, and project-based process changes, both on the shop floor and in the AAA offices.
